Based on the brand’s guidelines, Diana began designing and developing Diadora’s new digital store in 2017, starting with the replatforming to the Salesforce Commerce Cloud. An e-commerce that perfectly reflects the creativity, passion and technologically advanced innovations of its products, as well as the identity of the leader in the sports, lifestyle and utility sector.

Since the beginning of the collaboration, Diana has overseen all of the key processes of the e-commerce – from operational activities and order management to support for the buying and merchandising activities – taking still life photographs of the collections and creating the customised online showcase for the user, thanks to SFCC innovations, the integration of Einstein, and the careful management of the sorting rules.

Alongside this, there have been many innovative projects, for example CRM integration, which has made it possible to take the customer engagement journey to a new level, and the activation of apps and implementations to improve the customer experience.

All this has been made possible thanks to the integration of Live Story, which makes it possible to optimize the editorial content, creating unique content and allowing more freedom in the management and set-up, without needing to be developed.
