You will be responsible for:
- Responds to customer complaints by telephone, e-mail or ticketing system;
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding online products or orders;
- Ensures timely and correct resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or by stepping up / involving others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures;
- Monitoring of the fulfillment of requests for assistance;
- Excellent knowledge of English plus two other languages including Spanish, German, French and Russian;
- Excellent confidence with the main IT systems;
- Excellent communication skills, empathetic approach to customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills: solve customer problems effectively and promptly
