We are looking for a Junior CRM & Email Marketing Specialist. This is an exciting and challenging career opportunity for a candidate with strong passion for email marketing and CRM eager to support our business growth. She/he will be based in Padua Headquarter, and she/he will be responsible to contribute to develop a solid DTC customer relation strategy across all our projects.
- Building emails from templates, QA and scheduling
- Overseeing all aspects related to email marketing campaigns such as graphic assets, translations and copywriting
- Planning CRM strategies, encouraging Customer retention and loyalty
- Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
- Monitoring and reporting of the KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis
- Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM, to ensure the most effective approach for our Company
- Degree in Marketing Management, Communications or similar
- Passionate about E-Commerce and CRM
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Strong problem-solving attitude and good communication skills
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Previous experience with Email Marketing and CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, MailChimp etc).
